Russian occupiers are attempting to breach the defenses in the Kramatorsk and Toretsk directions. This was reported by Nazar Voloshin, a representative of the OSUV "Khortitsa."
According to him, intense fighting continues in the area of responsibility of OSUV "Khortitsa," with the enemy unsuccessfully trying to storm positions in Volchansk.
"In the past 24 hours on the Kharkiv direction, the enemy attempted to assault our positions in Volchansk but was unsuccessful. In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy also conducted offensive actions without success in the areas of Kolesnykivka, Zahryzove, Pyschane, and Petropavlivka," the military official noted.
Voloshin added that in the Lyman direction, the Russian Federation attacked the positions of Defense Forces near the settlements of Kopanka, Hrekivka, Novoiehorivka, Kolodyazy, and Yampilivka. According to him, the positions were not lost by Ukrainian troops.
"In the Kramatorsk and Toretsk directions, Russian troops attempted to breach our defenses near Stupochky, Predtechine, Belya Hora, Krymske, and Shcherbinivka. High-intensity combat operations continued in the urban areas of Chasiv Yar and Toretsk. The enemy conducted 150 artillery strikes on Chasiv Yar and 91 on Toretsk, as well as one airstrike using a guided bomb. They actively used UAVs of various types," the spokesperson emphasized.
The military official noted that due to the assault actions and enemy fire impact, some Ukrainian positions have been destroyed, and measures are being taken to prevent further deterioration of the tactical situation.
"Heavy fighting continued in Lisovka, Zeleny, Kotlyne, Nadiyivka, and Shevchenko in the Pokrovsk direction. The occupiers also attacked our troops' positions near Vodiane Druhe, Myroliubivka, Yelyzavetivka, Luch, Udnashne, Uspenivka, Dachne, and Yantarny. Our soldiers are holding the line, destroying the enemy's superior forces," Voloshin noted.
He emphasized that in the Novopavlivsk direction, Russian invaders, supported by artillery and drones, were conducting offensive actions in the areas of Novo Komar, Razliv, and Ulakly.
"Fighting continues in Velyka Novosilka. The enemy has conducted nearly 30 artillery shellings on our positions in this settlement. The Defense Forces continue to inflict losses on the enemy in personnel and equipment during intense defensive battles," the spokesperson assured.

Earlier, military expert Yevhen Dykyi voiced the plans of the Russian Federation after capturing Velyka Novosilka in Donetsk Oblast. According to him, the Defense Forces currently control about 10% of the settlement.
At the same time, a representative of the press service of the 24th OMBr, Andriy Polukhin, reported that "Akhmat" and "Wagner" fighters were noted near Chasiv Yar. He mentioned that these are people being trained in storming and capturing positions. Furthermore, they are being reinforced by other units.
