1In Ukraine, three phases of power outages have been implemented until the end of November 28. This is due to damage to energy facilities during a massive missile and drone attack.
According to "Ukrenergo", energy workers are striving to restore the equipment damaged by the enemy as quickly as possible.
DTEK has updated the power outage schedules in Kyiv, Kyiv region, and Dnipropetrovsk region.
“Ukrenergo has issued new orders, which have led to updated outage schedules,” the statement reads.
The power outage schedule in Kyiv until the end of November 28 is as follows:
- Group 1 – from 10:00 to 17:00 and from 19:00 to 24:00;
- Group 2 – from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 19:00 to 24:00;
- Group 3 – from 13:00 to 20:00 and from 22:00 to 24:00;
- Group 4 - from 13:00 to 20:00 and from 22:00 to 24:00;
- Group 5 – from 16:00 to 23:00;
- Group 6 – from 16:00 to 23:00.

- Group 1 – from 18:00 to 24:00;
- Group 2 – from 9:00 to 16:00 and from 18:00 to 24:00;
- Group 3 – from 12:00 to 19:00 and from 21:00 to 24:00;
- Group 4 - from 12:00 to 19:00 and from 21:00 to 24:00;
- Group 5 – from 15:00 to 22:00;
- Group 6 – from 15:00 to 22:00.

5Power Outages in Ukraine - Key News
On November 28, Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine. During the Russian shelling, a total of 188 aerial attack means were detected. Defense forces shot down 79 missiles and 35 strike drones of the “Shahed” type, along with several unidentified drones. 62 enemy drones were lost locally.
The Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Herman Haluschenko, reported that emergency power outages were implemented in Ukraine due to another massive strike by Russia on Ukraine.
