Return After UA
As reported by UNIAN, on November 21, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a law on voluntary return to service. It applies to those who initially left for UA or deserted.
According to MP Yaroslav Zhelezniak from the "Voice" party, the contracts of fighters who voluntarily returned to their places of service will remain in effect. They will also have their payments and social benefits reinstated.
Member of the parliamentary committee on national security, defense, and intelligence, Oleksandr Fedienko ("Servant of the People"), stated that the idea originated from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He did not disclose how many cases of unauthorized absence have already been registered in the country.
