This is reported by Glavpost.

1. Contact with acidic and salty foods

Acids and salt react with aluminum, which can lead to the release of harmful substances and alter the taste of the food.

2. Microwave

Foil can create sparks in the microwave, potentially damaging the appliance or causing a fire.

3. High temperatures

When heated above 220 °C, the foil can break down, increasing the risk of it contaminating the food.

4. Storing hot dishes

Hot food wrapped in foil accelerates the oxidation of aluminum, posing a risk of aluminum particles entering the food.

5. Grilling and open flame

Cooking over coals or an open flame can cause the foil to burn and ruin the dish.
