Competition Extended
The National Agency for the Detection and Management of Assets Acquired Illegally (ARMA) has rejected the bid of the first auction participant, LLC "BK Millennium," which sought to manage the "Gulliver" shopping mall.
This was announced by ARMA Director Olena Duma on her social media page.
“As a result of the review of the submitted documentation, several inconsistencies were found in the tender proposal of LLC 'BK Millennium.' ARMA has rejected this participant's bid for managing the 'Gulliver' shopping mall,” Duma wrote.
According to her, the participant's proposal was previously recognized by the “ProZorro” platform as the most economically advantageous (while also being deemed an abnormally low price proposal).
As noted by the head of ARMA, the identified violations in the tender documentation were not rectified by the participant within the allotted 24-hour period.
Meanwhile, according to established procedures, the next step will involve reviewing the documents of the participant who placed second in the auction – the Consortium "Management Company 'ESPLANADE'," which offered a 0.35 percent management fee.
Currently, a verification of this participant's documents will begin. The final decision regarding the auction results will be made after all checks are completed.
Reminder, the Supreme Court has put an end to the legal disputes concerning the construction of a shopping and entertainment complex on the banks of Lake Vyrlytsia. The shopping mall was set to occupy an area of nearly 20 hectares, valued at over one billion hryvnias.
