By December 25, the municipal corporation will receive 26 all-season vehicles for winter road maintenance based on the JAC N200 truck chassis

The total cost of the procurement amounts to 235 million 170 thousand hryvnias. The tender was conducted with a single participant. The winner was LLC "NPO NT 'Budshlyakhmash'."

This information was reported by the procurement site Prozorro.

The vehicles are equipped with a Euro 5 eco-class diesel engine with a volume of 6.7 liters and a power output of 277 hp, a manual transmission, a light panel, a body with a capacity of 10 cubic meters, a comfortable three-seat cabin with additional insulation and a sleeping space, air conditioning, cruise control, and more.

As stated by “Nashe Hroshi,” in July 2023, "Kyivavtodor" ordered a previous model MDKZ-26-31 from LLC "Trading House 'Budshlyakhmash'" on the same JAC N200 4x2 chassis. It featured the same PRONAR SPT 40 HAT spreader, a narrower PU-S32H blade, a larger body volume of 12 cubic meters, and a two-seat cabin instead of three. The price was 7.80 million hryvnias, or 213 thousand dollars. The difference in dollars is negligible.

The capital’s "NPO NT 'Budshlyakhmash'" led by Oleksiy Synyapkin is owned by Stanislav Myroslavovych Huivan. The latter also owns the aforementioned "TD 'Budshlyakhmash'," which is managed by Volodymyr Nikitin. His father, Myroslav Mykhailovych Huivan, and brother, Oleksandr Myroslavovych Huivan, own the manufacturer "Spetsbudmash," which is run by Yuriy Basiuk.

Since 2016, according to journalists, the winner "NPO NT 'Budshlyakhmash'" has won tenders worth 784.75 million hryvnias, the company "TD 'Budshlyakhmash'" has won 4.01 billion hryvnias, and the manufacturer "Spetsbudmash" has secured 217.65 million hryvnias.
