Experts have calculated the number of vehicles
In January of this year, traffic on the capital's roads increased by 28,000 vehicles per day compared to the same period last year.
This information was reported by the Center for Traffic Organization.
According to the analysis provided by the CTO, the average monthly traffic intensity has risen at 10 intersections in Kyiv.
Specifically, the traffic intensity increased on Metropolita A. Sheptytsky Street, at the intersection of Khreshchatyk Street and B. Khmelnytsky Street, on V. Lobanovsky Avenue, at the intersection of O. Mudrak Street and Pidlisna Street, among others.
It should be noted that residents of Kyiv are urging the city authorities to instruct the relevant authorized bodies to increase the number of speed violation cameras and monitor private vehicles using public transport lanes on the city's roads.
