The newly appointed head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko, outlined the tasks he plans to address in the near future.

He wrote about this on his social media page.

“There are many comments and requests that I cannot ignore, as they reflect the pressing issues of the community... Starting Monday, we will begin actively analyzing decisions and documentation related to these matters. Additionally, I plan to meet with relevant deputies and hold the first meeting of the Kyiv City Defense Council,” wrote Timur Tkachenko.

According to him, among the issues he received in the first days following his appointment that concern Kyiv residents the most are the ecological situation in the capital, particularly the preservation of the Sovki ponds, the Osokorky eco-park, and the Horbachikha reserve, the operation of public transport during air alerts, the preservation of architectural and cultural heritage, and more.

“There are also specific requests — all have been taken into account,” assured the head of the KMVA.

It is worth noting, Timur Tkachenko was appointed as the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration on December 31, 2024, by decree of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. Prior to this, Timur Tkachenko held the position of Deputy Minister for Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine.
