The relevant advertisement has been posted on a specialized website.
It is noted that the house located at 6 Trophinina Street has an area of 460 square meters, two floors, an attic, six rooms, and a land plot of 14 acres.
At the same time, the owner of the building has pointed out to potential buyers that the historic mansion could accommodate a clinic, a boutique hotel, or sports or educational institutions.
Currently, the building is in a state of disrepair but has retained its original appearance.
