Later, DTEK group clarified that emergency power outages are being implemented in the capital as well as in Kyiv, Odesa, Donetsk, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
“At the direction of Ukrenergo, preventive emergency power outages are being applied,” the statement reads.
As reported, air raid alerts were declared across Ukraine this morning. The military announced that the enemy had deployed Tu-95 and MiG-31 aircraft into the sky.
