The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an online auction for the privatization of the sole property complex of the state enterprise "Information and Analytical Agency"
The bidding will take place in the "Prozorro.Sales" system on January 14. The starting price of the lot is 16.8 million hryvnias. The property is located at 3 Shota Rustaveli Street.
As reported by the State Property Fund, the main focus of the enterprise's work is data processing, information placement on web nodes, and related activities.
The sole property complex includes a group of non-residential premises located on the first floor of the administrative building with a total area of 399.7 square meters.
According to the terms of sale, the buyer is obligated to prevent the dismissal of employees and settle the enterprise's debts within six months.
