Two accidents occurred this morning on the Nikolaev-Odessa highway, resulting in one person injured.

Early in the morning on Friday, January 3, a collision occurred on the "Mykolaiv-Odessa" highway near the settlement of Polovynky in the Mykolaiv region involving Mitsubishi, Skoda, and Dacia vehicles.

This was reported to “Novosti-N” by the press service of the Patrol Police. Photos were shared in the group “Accidents and Roads of Mykolaiv and the Region”.

According to preliminary data, the Skoda was traveling from Odessa, and the driver lost control, crossing into oncoming traffic where it collided with the Mitsubishi. After the impact, the Mitsubishi veered off the roadway onto the shoulder, while the Skoda remained on the road, where it was struck by the Dacia.

As a result of the accident, a passenger in the Skoda was injured and was taken from the scene by an ambulance. No information about their condition is available.

The vehicles sustained significant mechanical damage.
